Flowers Leaves & Nature

Research Photographers.

My Lumix camera.

My Photos

Macro shot of a flower with a little bee in.
I took this photo with my lumix 10 megapixel camera.

This shot has become over exposed but I feel it represents a kind of movement look within the photo almost as if the butterfly is about to fly off.

These leaves really pulled my eyes to them by the effect round the leaves almost as if they sparkle like a glim to your eyes.

These leaves are a really lovely colour that make them so unique even thought you see them around all the time I just had to take this photo of them.
I feel i could of made them look more interesting if I had used an SLR camera & a Macro lens.
But I only had my Lumix camera on hand at the time.

This photo is similar to the above apart from the different colour leaves.

for this photo I tried to get the white flower in the centre of the photo to create an interesting shot.

My idea for this photo was not to get a really close up shot of the bee but a far away shot with the bee in the centre so i could show the surrounding area ie, the purple flowers.

i took this photo in a different style with the yellow flower on the one side of the photo.
I felt that because the flower was yellow it worked well like this & contrasted really nicely against the green grass.
The flower almost feels like the sun so important to us, & I really wanted to show its importance within the photograph.

I took this photo on the side so I could show the side of the flower contrasting against the dark green tree in the background.
I felt this was the best way to take this photo as if I took it from the top view looking from above on the flower, it would not of contrasting as good with the background.

This is a Macro shot of a rose.
I really love the colour of this rose & felt it was just right to fill the photo, But i felt it was a good idea to kind of frame the photo by having the background of the dark green shinning through the corners, & having the rose on a bit of an angle in the shot.

I have centred this flower within the photo & instead of having it Landscape i felt it worked so much better portrait.
I have made the centre of the flower appear in the centre of the photo so the viewers eyes can be drawn into the photograph.

I adore these leaves thought there feeling they conduct to you, that sense of Danger & entrapment.

These flowers appear very delicate to the eye.
i wanted to repesent them in a delicate way so felt Macro shot of close up detail was not the right way to go but this way of letting the leaves in the background come into the shot makes an appearance of sweetness & mediation.

I took this on an diagonal angle so that it looked different to my others I made sure that it went from corner to corner in the photo.

This is another angled shot which the focus is on the purple flower & you can see the different colour greens in the background I have even included my fence in the photo which adds a nice splash of colour in the photo.
This is just a really nice colourful shot.

This is a lovely Macro shot of a really bright coloured rose.
This is a really powerful shot which really draws your eyes into the shot.

I made sure that the leaf in this photo being a main focus of all the leaves in the photo by getting it close to the camera which made it become really big.

This flower I have centred It to make in a good composition but i also wanted to make it a bit blurred almost as if its moving.

This is the un-blurred shot of the flower from above.

This is a closer up shot of this flower a bit blurred so it is not so powerful in the photo.

I took this photo so i could show this contrast colour between the two trees.

This flower is so beautiful I took this shot so I could show the whole flower & not miss any of it. Because of this the photo may appear not as good as it could of been.

I centred this flower it almost feels like the sun.

These flowers are really beautiful nice colour.

I have centred this photo so the yellow rose lies like its been framed in the photo.

i liked the colour of the yard so i showed this in the photo.

This is a nice flower even thought it has not flowered yet.

lillys look great in any style photo.
I love this shot as you are focused more on the one big flower (lily) but you are also looking at the ones surrounding the photo. A flower photographer is Click Here I really like his work he has some really creative photos on all sorts of topics but he really inspired me for my flower photography.

I like this shot of the shell taken as a macro shot. The dark background makes the light coloured shell stand out. I really like Macro shots as the whole photo becomes full & the big size makes the photo really creative. I like how the photo has come out showing the dark part for the inside of the shell, the part furthest away from us.

I love this macro shot of the shell as the colour has come out like a burnt old style, it is like this as it is an autumn leaf. I took the photo of the back of the leaf as the detail is so pure & powerful. The leaf kind of gives out an artistic effect like someone as put fine linner dots on top of a tea bag spread on the page.

This is a great macro shot of a rose I always think that pink is so beautiful as it makes you feel happy to look at it. The colours are just so pure & they all look so different as not any part of the rose is the same to any other part.

I like this shot of a dandelion as it is a macro shot & it looks really nice & stands out to your eye with it being against the black background, I chose the black as I thought that it would contrast really well with the dandelion as they are two different colours.

I love this macro shot of the dandelion as it looks so cute & fluffy. You just want to blow & watch it float into the sky.

This is a nice shot but I couldn't centure it very well because of the tractor in the background.
But I do like the way you can just look down a path of trees like this it has a feeling of tranquility.

This is a nice shot of the roses but it isn't the best as they look a bit boring & not all that much interesting but I included it to show a different setting for the roses.

I like this photo as you can see Powis Castle but you also have the waterfall included in the one corner of the photo. This photo shows a good focused shot as in the foreground we have the waterfall in the mid ground we have the greenery nature & background we have the Castle, all going on a bit of a slant from the left hand bottom corner to the top right hand corner.

I like this photo of the castle as well as it is seen in the background with the sky again, with the nature in the mid ground but we do have the big trees in the two bottom corners & they both look different as well which helps to show a nice style in the photo, I also like the hedge just behind them as well as you just see a bit of grass as well.

This is a nice photo of the waterfall centures well as in the background we have the two hedges that join together behind the waterfall. I also like the sky as it look so creative & goes really well with the waterfall as it looks so full of rain.

This sot is really well worked as the house looks really nice as it is a lovely colour bricked house. I also like the flowers that lead down the middle of the photo to the house as they help to show beauty in the photo bu also help to centure it as we have the grass the one side & teh house & the trees the other.

This photo is really pretty as the daisies look so nice as they fill the whole photo.

This is a nice shot of the flowers with the wall & hedge each side of it. With the sky being a great colour of the white.

This is like John Shaw when you are looking at flowers but looking kind of up towards the background area. Click Here

These flowers look really great as the white sky makes a great background for them making them stand out.

In a way I find this kind of Photography similar to John Shaw a Nature Photographer.
